Our villa is the most beautiful place we have ever lived, with an stunning seaview and sunrise, 2 floors, private infinity pool, a balcony Kitchen on the top of lipah beach in amed, 10 minutes from the turtle Point and coral Reef. We are looking for longer stays between 10/15 days at minimum. We are super clean and organized, we dont smoke and dont drink, and we gently expect you to do the same while in our place Will be a pleasure to receive you ! We have cleaning everyday on the house - we don’t charge any extra fee for that.

10 minutes to all the beachs and restaurants from Amed This villa is on a complex with other 4 private villas, so please, be respectfull with noise and behaviours regarding our neighboors - no parties or loud music. you are welcome to enjoy the nature and relax. On the complex of the villas, we offer services as Restaurant, Spa, tours and motorbike rental, so you are more than welcome to ask us if you need anything and also join the great natural Restaurant and enjoy an amazing meals for Breakfast, lunch and dinner - dont worry, affordable and local prices for the services!

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSPORTATION --> READ BEFORE REQUEST*** Just be aware that our villa is isolated on a High Cliff on Amed, 10 minutes off road by car or motorbike from the LIpah beach, with an amazing view to the sea in the middle of nature. But for that reason, a car or motorbike is really needed while you are here. You can arrive from the airport or from other regions of Bali by taxi, but after arriving you will need your own vehicule to explore amed as there is no easy taxis and public transportation around - and walking up and down the cliff everyday can be very very challenging if you are not a professional hiker as its 3 kilometers steep =)) If you are looking for lazy days to relax on the pool, read and enjoy great food and view, our place is the best. But if you are also looking to explore the region for diving, restaurants and snorkling, please take in consideration that you will need to rent and drive your own motorbike or car in order to keep your freedom to come and go from the villa, as besides the restaurant and the spa, there is nothing around the complex and you might want to go down everyday and there is no easy taxis around - you can find taxis if you arrange in advance, but much more freedom if you make yourself your own driver =) We can also help in this subject providing the taxis/rental services suggestions. But just be aware that you are choosing for a cliff seaview villa, 10 minutes isolated from the main road and restaurants - we love it.
