Our house is located at the junction between the cities of Houilles and Sartrouville. We moved in a few months ago and we are enjoying this little corner of calm. It is very quiet, composed of an entrance with cupboard, two toilets, a kitchen open to a living room and a very bright veranda which overlooks a garden with a terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One with a 180x200 bed, another with a 140x200 bed and a third with a sofa bed. The bathroom is composed of a bathtub. In the basement you will find the washing machine if needed. The garden is quiet and wooded and there is also a garden part to the front of the house. The dining table can accommodate up to 6 people and several spaces exist to sit, play cards, read a book or have an aperitif. The neighborhood is very quiet. The neighbors are also very quiet. There is a bus that takes you to Houilles train station in 15 minutes and otherwise you can walk about 25 minutes to get there. There are a few plants that you will need to think about watering. There is a large TV in the living room with all the channels and Netflix. We have a lot of books too and board games:) There are also many small objects in my home that are close to my heart. They mostly come from our travels and our families.

While being close to Paris, you will be quiet here. The station will take you to Paris by train in 10 minutes (Saint Lazare station) or by RER in 20 minutes (Châtelet les halles) The town centre of Houilles is 10 minutes away and you will find: greengrocers, bakers, butchers, caterers, restaurants and supermarket. There are parks in the area to walk around. To get to Paris it is very simple since you have three different options; two trains or the RER. You have the timetables accessible on the applications and the trains / rer pass very regularly.
