Our house is in a secure and elegant site in Yalikavak, the most elegant district of Bodrum. The site is right on the sea. The site has its own pier, beach, sunbathing, shower areas, a shared pool and a restaurant. The site is very close to Yalikavak Marina. The apartment has its own 150 m2 garden with fruit trees and flowers, overlooking the sea. There are 2 separate sitting and dining areas, a swing, a bar table and chairs in the garden, and different and enjoyable areas. There is also a free parking area in the site. The golf cart, which can be used free of charge in the site, runs the ring service in the site throughout the day. The cleaning fee of the apartment is 3,000 TL for each exit, therefore, guests coming to the apartment are kindly requested to hand over 60 euros as a cleaning fee to the security at the entrance of the site.
What you will love about this neighborhoodMarkets, local market, fish restaurants, beaches, Yalikavak marina are very close. Also our house is by the sea and we have our own beach and pier. Also if you wish you can take daily boat tours from Yalikavak or Bodrum and go to Bodrum Gökova.
Additional informationBodrum is a magnificent town on the Aegean coast. You can reach Gökova with daily boat tours. I recommend visiting the Bodrum Archaeological Museum. There are many ancient sites near Bodrum, you can visit them with daily tours. There are also many Scuba dining boat tours. Bodrum Sailing Club is also very active. Bodrum town is also very lively, there are many bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, Bodrum Marina is also very lively. Yalıkavak is a neighborhood of Bodrum and is 15 km away from Bodrum center. There are minibuses until morning. There is a very large marina in Yalıkavak. There are many shops and restaurants and bars in the marina. The sunset from our house and Yalıkavak marina is magnificent. There is also a historical bazaar and many bars and restaurants in Yalıkavak center. I can guarantee that you will have a very nice holiday on this cute Aegean coast.
