A cozy house (1930s style, semi-detached) with a garden and a covered outdoor area (at the barn) on the river Rotte, 5 minutes from the forest and 15 minutes by bike from the heart of Rotterdam. Free bicycles to borrow. The space is suitable for 2 to 5 people. IN THIS VARIANT OF STAY, WE ARE ALSO POSSIBLY PRESENT IN THE BASEMENT OF THE HOUSE, TOGETHER WITH OUR GOLDEN RETRIEVER (OWN SANITARY FACILITIES, OWN KITCHEN AND OWN ENTRANCE, SO YOU HAVE PRIVACY). So the whole house and a big part of the garden is available, but only not the basement. More than enough games, tennis rackets, reading books, etc. available.
What you will love about this neighborhoodBinnen 15 minuten op de fiets in het centrum van de leuke stad Rotterdam. * Ons huis ligt aan de rivier de Rotte. In de zomer kun je in de rivier zwemmen. Vanaf onze aanlegsteiger kun je de bootjes gezellig voorbij zien varen. * Langs de Rotte, maar ook rond de Bergse Voorplas kun je mooie fietstochten en wandeltochten maken. * We wonen op 5 minuten afstand van het Lage Bergse Bos en van het Kralingse Bos. Ook het gebied bij het Hoge Bergse Bos (met klimwand, skiberg, mountainbikeparcours en uitkijktoren) is aan te bevelen. * Op circa 15-20 minuten afstand ligt de Zevenhuizerplas met de waterskibaan * Op 3 minuten loopafstand ligt restaurant de Prins( aan het water). * Winkels, openbaar vervoer en restaurants liggen op 5 minuten afstand (fiets/auto)
