The apartment is a classic 70m² Haussmann-style flat, full of charm and character. It features one bedroom with a comfortable Queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large double living room (lounge and dining area). As I often work from home, the living room is set up with a large external monitor and an ergonomic office chair, which I’m happy to leave at your disposal. Located on the first floor, the apartment is very quiet — none of the windows face the street, ensuring peaceful days and nights. An important detail to note: I have a friendly cat who will stay in the apartment while I’m away.
What you will love about this neighborhoodLocated in the charming Villiers neighborhood, nestled between the 8th and 17th arrondissements of Paris. This peaceful, residential area offers everything you need just around the corner — from bakeries and cafés to grocery stores and local markets, especially along the lively pedestrian street Rue de Lévis, just a 5-minute walk away. The location is extremely convenient for getting around the city. You'll be a short walk from Villiers metro station (lines 2 and 3), and close to Gare Saint-Lazare, which connects to metro lines 3, 9, 12, 13, 14 as well as several suburban train lines (L and J). Many bus lines also run through the area. You'll be just a stone’s throw away from some of Paris’s most iconic spots: Parc Monceau, Montmartre, Pigalle, the Champs-Élysées, Opéra, and the famous Grands Magasins like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.
