You will stay in a private room within a shared apartment with a childfree couple and five cats who move freely around the home — it’s important that you feel comfortable with this. The room has a comfortable double bed, a small wardrobe, and a dedicated workspace located on the balcony next to the bedroom, ideal for work or study. There is access to a shared balcony with a green view, and you will have exclusive use of a private bathroom. The apartment is quiet, has an elevator, and offers a good internet connection, as well as a suitable setup for remote work. The kitchen and TV living room are shared.
What you will love about this neighborhoodThe apartment is located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to the island’s north beaches (Canasvieiras, Daniela, Jurerê, and Ingleses). Right across the street there is a large supermarket with a food court, as well as a nearby shopping mall. Public transportation is easily accessible, making it possible to get around the city without a car.
Additional informationPlease note that we share our home with five cats who have free access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom you will be staying in. They are part of our daily life and contribute to the warm atmosphere of our home.
