When we are present at our home, we offer you the possibility of having a single room with 1 large double bed and a separate bathroom. Possibility to share common areas kitchen, living room and dining room. The room is extremely quiet and conveniently located at the foot of the tram, bike share, buses, and all amenities. Possibility to park your car in the secure car park located under the building. Cleaning and laundry fees 20€ to be paid directly on site at the time of your arrival.
What you will love about this neighborhoodDirectly in the area you will find a cinema, many shops, a bookshop and a wide range of restaurants and bars. All you have to do is cross the Pont de Pierre, on foot or by tram to be directly in the city centre in less than 5 minutes. Access to the train station and Mérignac airport is direct by tram or bus. We only accept couples or single women. Only during the week when we are present.
