My apartment is cozy and newly renovated. It features vinyl plank flooring (a warm type of flooring), custom-built furniture, and air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, including an air fryer and an electric pressure cooker. There's also a laundry area with a brand-new washer/dryer. The main highlight is the home office, which has a huge desk perfect for remote work—a key feature of the apartment since I also work from home. Additionally, there's a high-quality projector that lets you create a large-screen home theater experience.
What you will love about this neighborhoodRibeirão Preto is known as the capital of draft beer and craft beer. Here, you'll find famous places like Choperia Pinguim, Toca do Urso, and the Walfanger brewery, among many others. You can also take a day trip to the famous Thermas dos Laranjais hot springs in Olímpia. As for the neighborhood, the apartment is conveniently located: A 2-minute walk from a local market. Close to a bus stop. Approximately 15 minutes from the city center. The apartment is also near the Anhanguera highway, providing easy access to great tourist spots in Minas Gerais, as well as to the state capital and the coast.
